This was made from an ordinary candle holder I had around the house. I removed the pale brown jewels that used to hang from it, painted it green, and added a simple black chain. You can find a chain like this in the jewelry supply section of any craft store. I added black feathers in the center for filler. The “black magic” mirror hanging from it is actually a Halloween wine bottle decoration that I re-used.
